Shapadu Properties Sdn Bhd (SPP) was inaugurated on January 26, 1984 with its initial activity being the concessionaire holder to the First Privatized Road Scheme in Malaysia known as North Klang Straits Bypass (NKSB) from Bukit Raja to Port Klang. Since then, SPP has grown continuously, expanding its business activities into toll expressway operation and maintenance, construction, facilitiy management as well as land and property management.
SPP possesses a CIDB License registered under Grade G7 and was accredited with PKK License in 2008. SPP’s accreditation together with their compliance with ISO 9001:2000 standards in all their development and construction works guarantees for high quality products and superior services.
Whilst identifying niches in the product and market segment, SPP takes advantage of resource integration within Shapadu Group to sustain its competitive edge.
Among its activities are:
1. Construction & Project Management
SPP undertakes construction activities such as civil works and structural and building specialization works. Some of its milestones in construction are the completion of projects of Masjid Muar, Masjid Setiawangsa, Masjid Sungai Pinang, Ibu Pejabat JPJ Melaka and Jambatan Terengganu.
2. Facility Management
Upon its formation, SPP has been tasked to operate and maintain the North Klang Straits By-Pass (NKSB) and the New North Klang Straits By-Pass (NNKSB) and has since moved on to providing its services to the Shapadu Head Office and other properties within the Group of Companies.
3. Land & Property Management
SPP aims to develop all available landed properties within the Group for continuous growth and sustainability.
